Obviously I am not really good at updating our blog. Here are some pictures of the crazy winter that we had. The kids sure enjoyed it. We got to go sledding several times. Also, I added some pictures of Hensley's 6th Birthday. He had been counting down since Christmas and when the day FINALLY arrived, he got up that morning and said "Mom I'm kind of sad because I miss being 5". He sure keeps us on our toes. He is very entertaining. The day before his birthday he told his teacher's aid at school that his birthday is tomorrow and he will be 6, but he is not sure on which birthday he will turn brown. He really thinks that he is going to turn brown some day like Derek. I'm not sure how we're going to break the news to him.

I guess it is time to finally update our blog. We hope that everyone had a great Christmas. We had a great time spending a week with Mom and Dad on a cruise. The weather was great, and the kids really enjoyed spending time with their grandparents. Then we spent a week in California visiting Sea World, The San Diego Temple, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. We had a great time being together as a family. I really recommend Disneyland at Christmas time. They really go all out to make it special for Christmas. They had fireworks every night to Christmas music and then fake snow. It was so awesome!! Family Pictures November 2008

We finally decided to join the fun world of blogging, thanks to my niece Sarah. She came down today and helped me get it all set up (Thank you Sarah). We just got our family pictures back and thought we would share. Donny Osmond's photographer lives in our Ward and he and Tom serve together as Ward Clerks and he offered to take our pictures. We could not pass up that offer, especially since it has been about 4 years since we had some taken.  He took 103 pictures and so narrowing them down was really hard. Anyway, here are some of our favorites. We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. We are so thankful for our family!!!!
